Washington- A 102-year-old US woman became the oldest
person ever to hit a hole-in-one during a golf outing, US media
reported Friday.
Elsie McClean of Chico, California has been playing golf since she
was in her 20s and had never hit a hole-in-one before, but achieved
her long-time goal at a 96-yard par three, CBS 13 news reported.
"I said, 'oh, my Lord. It can't be true. It can't be true.' I was
so excited. The girls were absolutely overcome. So was I," McClean
told the television station.
