Anyone else feel...
...they have to concentrate/work to keep the right wrist from cocking upward with the RFT in a hitting motion......a minor upward cock at the wrist level takes the clubhead up an easy 1.5" at the end of a 45" driver.....
almost as bad as bobbing, loosing the tush line etc....

You have no idea! I just got back from seeing Ted and the number one thing we worked on was DON’T cock the right wrist. I was so bad that he had me try to swing with the “feeling” of both wrists un-cocked at all time. This “feeling” actually gave me a real world result of a level bent right and a level normal cocking left.

Jimbo…

In agreement here
In agreement here, fighting the same thing---NOT cocking the right wrist, in fact I improve ball stricking alot by haveing a feeling on "downpressure" or holding the right wrist level, my trail wrist wants to change mini-planes as i take it back.........sign of lack of extensor action, or not enough fanning?

I actually feel a little downward strain on the top side tendon of trail wrist if and when i can keep it level and uncocked.

So Lynn & Tedd drill was to swing trying not to cock either wrist, with the idea it actally ended up being the right motion, although it didnt feel correct.........seems to be the case alot in the golf swing----what you feel isnt what is actually happening......my wife says that also...
