Any info on flex fittings? Will stiffer helps?

I got a question regarding flex..

When do you need to change to a Stiffer flex?

56*-becomes 105-110 meters. 7 irons easy swing becomes 175 meters ...And its my 70% effort... My normal yardage is 100 for 56sand and 150 for 7iron, high draws, the ball stops pretty good though...the shaft felt soft at impact. Playing TCI S3 in irons and 262 cpm 44.5 inch driver mid bend point. driver 255-260 average. Medium tempo..

I think i am between 1/2 to 1 club longer now ....

Driving me nuts... will flex helps in this case to control it ? Or control my shots better?

7- iron 175 METRES !.That's 192 yards!.IfI could do that I'd have all the lofts knocked down so that I hit the 5 iron that distance and go down to PW in 4 degree increments.
Which shafts gave you this change ?
