You are probably hung up on the name. It is nothing more than taking your right hand and moving it directly (i.e., On Plane) from Impact Fix to the Top of the Backstroke via the motion of the Right Forearm.

As a drill, figure out where your right hand is located at the Top of the Backswing. Have someone stand behind you and place the palm of their hand where the back of your right hand should stop. Without any thinking, you can take your hand directly to that location simply by lifting the Right Forearm. That is the Right Forearm Pickup.

Any other Drills or FEELS for this procedure... that will ensure the FOREARM and club are traveling UP the plane, and not too much back and in... that can be done without another person's assistance?
