2-H SHOULDER MOTIONS The point may be made that it is impossible to inscribe perfect circles while the center is in motion – that is the turning Shoulder. The straight line requirements of the Compression Point are satisfied as long as both the Vertical and Horizontal Centers move precisely in unison. Direction control remains stable because both Centers are also moving in a circle – that is, the circumference of the Shoulder Turn.
Pertaining to the sentence in bold -- Could someone please give me a thought of how this should look visually?
This is regarding the fact that there are various centers in the golf stroke. The Stroke Center would be the Left Shoulder because that's the center of Clubhead Arc. However, the center of Shoulder Turn would be the Spine. Homer was saying that the Line of Compression can be equally well sustained. This is why the Impact Fix relations of Head, Right Shoulder, Left Shoulder/Ball are so important.
Because we have mulitple centers, it is highly unlikely that we will make the same exact motion twice in a lifetime . But G.O.L.F.ers have the best chance of comming close .
