Looking for some clarification on how a swinger alters the release point of his motion. I've been working on max trigger delay for a while now but experimented last night with what "felt like" a much earlier release point. The compression felt much stronger and impact felt "heavier" than I've been experiencing with max delay. I'm just not sure I understood how I achieved the earlier release, but it felt like it was a combo of pivot and right arm participation. Uh-oh.... that sounds like trouble.
Are acceptable release point changes achieved through aiming point, pivot deceleration, delivery lines, throws, all the above?
