I'd like to throw out a topic for discussion here that I viewed in a blog:
Could forged blades improve one's swing in that the player is somewhat forced to make a better swing to produce the feel and result? Maybe blades as practice tools?
I play with cavity back now but am considering the change. There's no doubt feedback on off centre hits is incomparable. I play with PING I-3 fairway woods which are very compact and I find that I concentrate a little better on proper mechanics when using them vs 420cc driver.
