As per Yoda's discussion of swining and hitting, when "spining the shoulders" what is the direction of their spin?
When I turn my right shoulder back to the plane line, I seem to have only two options: allow my right shoulder to go down the plane, or spin the shoulders on a plane parallel but above the plane line. Is one right and the other wrong, or are those merely the options I have?
It seems to me that when I hit, I keep my right shoulder on the plane line as long as possible while I fire the right arm; when I swing, the shoulders spin parallel but above the plane line.
