As a drill, I've been swinging a club with my left hand only. I start by moving the club back and forth a bit to build up momentum prior to accelerating the club to the finish.
In addition to encouraging a proper pivot, this drill seems to make it very clear, that when accelerating the club, there is a spot just below the navel that seems to be the 'Center' that drives, or propels the left side (shoulder, arm etc..).
Has any else ever felt this sensation?
There seem to be other benefits to this drill too i.e no steering, proper impact position, textbook uncocking of a vertical left wrist.
Anyways, I'd love to hear what you guys think about swinging with the left arm only.
