How Do I Set My Arms?
What is the Power Zone of the Arm Swing. How do you set them at Address? Why? What is their 'normal' condition? How does that change throughout the Stroke? How are the Arms bonded together? What is the 'Triangle' and why is it important? How does the TGM Triangle differ from the traditional notion?

THE ARMS, ZONE TWO? ARM POWER. I DUNNO?

How do you set them at Address?
AT FIX, FLYING WEDGES INTACT AND IMPACT HANDS.

Why?
SIMPLICITY. IM A HITTER. NOT VERY SMART. BUT DAMN FINE LOOKING, LIKE LUKE.

What is their 'normal' condition?
SAME. OH MAYBE YOU MEAN HITTERS......."ME EAT NOW, ME HIT BALL HARD, ME TIRED, ME GO BATHROOM" THATS ABOUT IT.

How does that change throughout the Stroke?
NOT MUCH ACCEPT FOR SOME ACCUMULATOR LOADING......RIGHT ELBOW BEND, LEFT WRIST COCK, BUT ALL THE WHILE MAINTAINING THE FLYING WEDGES. THE RIGHT FOREARM FLYING WEDGE FOR HITTERS IS MAYBE MORE IN MIND IF WE'RE NOT THINKING ABOUT EATING OR SOMETHING.

How are the Arms bonded together?
EXTENSOR ACTION VIA #1 PRESSURE POINT.

What is the 'Triangle' and why is it important?
SHOULDERS, LEFT ARM, RIGHT ARM FORM THE SIDES OF THE TRIANGLE. ONLY ONE OF THOSE SIDES SHOULD SHORTEN PRIOR TO IMPACT, THE RIGHT SIDE. AS IT DOES IT EFFECTS THE ANGLES ON THE INSIDE OF THE TRIANGLE. THESE ANGLES ARE POWER ACCUMULATORS #4,2. THE SHORTENING OF THE RIGHT SIDE IS IN ITSELF POWER ACCUMULATOR #1. #3? I DUNNO.

How does the TGM Triangle differ from the traditional notion?
TGM THROUGH EXTENSOR ACTION SHORTENS ONE SIDE OF THE TRIANGLE ----THE BENDING RIGHT ELBOW OF RFT, WHICH COCKS THE LEFT WRIST AND LIFTS AND LOWERS THE PRIMARY LEVER ASSEMBLY (LEFT ARM AND CLUB). ALL THE WHILE ON PLANE.

THE "PRESERVE THE TRIANGLE", "ROCK THE SHOULDERS" PROMOTED A STIFF RIGHT ELBOW, WHICH DISRUPTED THE CLUBHEADS ORBIT IMMEDIATELY IN START UP. THE CLUBHEAD GOING BACK, UP AND OUT INSTEAD OF BACK,UP AND IN, ON PLANE. AS YOU GO BACK SO DO YOU COME DOWN. THREE DIMENSIONAL IMPACT BEING THE GOAL.

My thoughts, which I have dug out of the yellow books dirt, my hands blistered and worn from page turning, my eyes and brain aching are above in caps. Well, really I just read everybody's posts on this site before bed time and got to much the same place.

OB - thank you for your answer which has illuminated a few dark crannies of my knowledge!

brothers and sisters
Thanks Styles

But remember the caveat emptor on my posts, eh. I could have some of this all wrong.

So please guys, lets help each other out too. Lets politely realign these posts where needed. For the collective good.

the triangles right side shortens
And so you must prepare. Here is a nice link to a Yoda post on Lee Trevino:

Hitting or swinging the right elbow bends and extends (either actively or passively). To hold it straight is too disrupt the clubheads orbit, even in startup.
