Both Hitters and Swingers can execute a Zero Pivot Stroke utilizing the #4
Accumulator. And all three of the Major Basic Strokes are available to
both.

For less than Full Strokes featuring Arm Motion only, Hitters use the Bat
Minor Basic Stroke (10-3-K) and Drive the Right Arm but Swingers use the Pull
Minor Basic Stroke (10-3-D) to activate the #4 Power Accumulator. The
Shoulder Turn may be used without violating the Zero Pivot constraint because
it is part of both the Power Package and the Pivot and is hence a Dual Agent
(2-H). When the Right Shoulder is used by the Hitter (as a Launching Pad or
Backstop for the Driving Right Arm), even in Zero Pivot and less than full
Power Strokes, the #4 Power Accumulator has been activated.

Sorry, Ringer, I guess my response was broader than your question.

Try this:

The #4 Accumulator can be driven by the Pivot...

But not in Zero Pivot Strokes.
