right forearm pickup

An AI just diagnosed me with a too flat takeaway commenced by the shoulder turn and prescribed a right forearm pickup. Any advice on performing the right forearm pickup without dramatically cocking the right wrist? In this takeaway should the right wrist feel frozen?

yep, the right wrist is frozen. As somebody who had a flat takeaway, right wrist cock, and ultimately ended up in a very poor, laid off position at the top, I can say it felt extemely weird to pick the club up enough without cocking the right wrist. I've been working on 3 key thoughts, freeze the right wrist, fan the right forearm, fold the right arm...that's about all there is really. It still feels steep to me, but it's not.
