What is this feeling?

I was practicing in the basement last night with basic and aquired motion with the SW, playing around with tempo and specifically a faster start-up tempo. Eventually I worked up to full motion and when I kept the quick start-up tempo it felt as if it created way more lag to drive downplane against (kinda like heaving a sac over the shoulder). From this heavily loaded position I dragged the lag to impact and released the #4 allowing my right arm to seperate from the body through release. Incredibly powerful compression on the ball.

Some questions, I'm still trying to learn what components I'm using currently before trying new ones:

What type of loading would this be?

I don't think about delivery path or lines, I just drag load and CF seems to take care of the rest, would this fit a circle path and sweep release?

Drag loading, and probably a lagging clubhead takeaway.

Does it feel like you lift the "sack" to shoulder height and then throw it over your shoulder? Or do you start heaving it over the shoulder right at startup? The former would be snap loading, the latter full sweep loading.

I pick it right up and over, no lagging clubhead takeaway.

It's a snap load then. Waiting until the last moment to "throw" the clubhead against PP3.
