Uncocking of the left wrist?

Someone tell me if this is correct please.

Centrifugal force takes care of the uncocking of the left wrist?

That's Correct

That's correct. Certainly in swinging CF uncocks the left wrist automatically.

Some of the experts may know of variations for different patterns

On one of them he explains "The Law of the Flail" which explains this concept very well.

Yes, don't forget 7-1 ! A much over-looked section.

Jerry, the Flail is pure CF throw-out and Acc 2 -Velocity Power and Acc3 -Transfer Power is performed with the Left Hand and Left Arm. It is the Left Flying Wedge that uncocks and rolls and it is the Left Hand that controls the clubface. It is the Left Arm, part of the Primary Lever System (Arm & Club), that because of Momentum Transfer Throw- Out that propells the Secondary Lever, The Club. This Secondary lever (Club) like the "swingle" of the farm flail that seeks its In- Line Condition, aka- SQUARE. This is why CF throw-Out works with the Geometry of the Circle- ball position.
