Mistakes Versus Revisions

DG,
Thanks again for another insightful post. Your first point correctly highlightsa long-standing error in the 6th edition. That error was scheduled for a 7thedition correction on page 79 of Homer's hand-written revisions. Here he says:
"PG 37, 2-M-3, paragraph 1, line 11, change '#4' to '#1.'"
The affected sentence concerns the Swinger's application of the Four BarrelPower Accumulator concept and presently reads as follows:
"In which case -- to Pivot Thrust add a strong Pressure Point #4 thrustper 10-19-C." [Yoda's bold.]
Since the Pivot Thrust is already utilizing the strong Pressure Point #4thrust to blast the Left Arm off the chest, the Swinger's '4th' Barrel-- Right Arm Thrust -- could only utilize Pressure Point #1. Hence, thiswas clearly an error of oversight and not of concept. Homer obviously knewthat Pressure Point #1 is associated with Power Accumulator #1 (thedriving Right Arm). He defined, named, categorized, and associated both! So,this is as obvious an error as the spelling of the word "chossing"instead of "choosing" in the Glossary definition of Stationary Head.
Your second point is another matter. Here Homer is deliberately revising hiswork of 42 years to include the term 'Right Triceps Thrust.' As I stated inthe post that prompted your reply, this was a term that Homer used repeatedlyin his personal instruction. It was also used in his unpublished writtenanalysis of Bobby Clampett's Swing that was intended for the April 1983 issueof Golf Magazine.
I understand that you disagree with his position, and I respect your right todo so. However, should the 7th edition ever be published, this revision, likethe many others he painstakingly wrote, will be deliberately -- notmistakenly -- included.
