Lynn said this to the class this last May in Las Vegas and I wrote it down because it made so much sense to me. It simplified my thought process to concentrate on one thing. If I can do that on each swing the quality of shot will be pretty darn good.

Hey, I need some help with my putting. I could never get my right forearm on plane at address using my old grip (reverse overlap with the grip underneath the heel pad). I have no chance of getting my left hand grip through the life line. How important is that and how do you do it? I'm trying to keep a FLW but seem to struggle a little, any suggestions?

I'm the LAST person to give putting advice. But check out the short game section. There's a really good thread where Yoda goes into how he sets up for putting. I'll see if I can find it and put the link up. I'm pretty sure Homer said DON'T change your grip for putting so what about scrapping the reverse overlap? Who knows . . . . I'd say you gotta get #3 zeroed out for power concerns. You don't really need much transfer power with putting I wouldn't think.

Just be glad I had fast reflexes . . . .
