Same thing, however depending on the hinge action you employ you will get different results.

For instance if you were swinging with a normal horizontal hinge and did the adjustments above you'd hit "predicable" draws/fades.

However if you are truly hitting and using an angled hinge the fade will be more pronounced and the draw less. You will need to close the clubface as well. However i don't know how to explain to you.

Someone here does though and i'm sure they will respond.
