I have my 7th edition notes at work, but Yoda confirmed for me that the second paragraph in 10-9-B was meant to be re-written, not REMOVED! Unfortunately for us and him, Homer didn't know that he would not live to make the changes.
6th edition:
This position eliminates the "middleman" Address and (has) it's advantages and hazards. It accentuates the Impact condition (Fix) feel. It encourages stiffer and stronger structure and motion and is especially useful for "Hitting". See 7-9.
Perhaps Joe has taken tips from microsoft - make lots of mistakes so that he can keep charging for years bringing out new revised copies fixing bugs that shouldn't of been there in the first place....lol
