Was surprised watching Ben Doyle's DVD when he described his proceedure as a classy Hitting proceedure. I was convinced he was a swinger but alot of the componants are interchangeable and you can actually not tell the difference sometimes with the naked eye. I think the fact he has so much float loading in all his motion that can be confused with drag loading.

Golfer,
Are you SURE you heard right? I've watched his video (I assume the DVD is a copy of it) many times and the only time I recall him talking about a "classic hitting procedure" was when he was demonstrating hitting. Seems like he did it while hitting 7-irons and then again when hitting pitch shots. (I also think he called it his "punch shot").
I'm pretty sure Ben uses a swinging procedure as his primary motion.
When he demonstrated hitting he did demonstrate what he termed a pure hitting proceedure then showed what he termed a classy hitting proceedure that he had used with almost all the shots he demonstrated. On the DVD this was 1hr 14 secs into it. I also remember earlier in the dvd when he demonstated lag loading he said he used his feet to Drive load with all his shots. I maybe wrong but drive loading is a hitters loading proceedure.
Interested to hear your thoughts it is how i have interpreted the dvd.
I perused the video again last nite and I still think he's swinging (lots of talk about the hip action providing the throwout, rope swinging, CF, pitch basic elbow position, etc). He mentioned right arm thrusting only once (that I remember) when talking specifically about hitting (at least as far as I got through it). I'll try and provide more specifics tonite when I have some time.
Regardless, his tape is a great overview of the 24 components and was a "fog lifter" for me from the day I got it.
Agreed it is very good. I wonder when it was made. Still let me know if you heard what i did about drive loading from the feet and using a classy hitting action with his motions.
