When to Swivel Angled Hinging vs. Horizontal Hinging
Does the Swivel of the hands post impact occur later with Angled Hinging than Horizontal Hinging?

Yes, if at all.

I believe the "swivel" 4-D-0 is unique to a Swinger's Stroke using Standard Wrist Action 10-18-A. BUT all strokes need to rotate the wrists back on plane to the finish. It may not actually be a 'swivel' with an angled hinge motion.

Centrifugal force and the swivel are two major characteristics that separates Swing from Hit.

Got a great opportunity to shoot Ted at key points in his swing for my gallery. \/ His swivel starts as he gets both arms through......... blurred from his incredible hand speed, but you can gleen his left hand is beginning to be overtaken by the right hand. (I have been meaning to put all of these up, I may just grant access for everybody to the gallery, if there's interest.)
