Our bodies can only do so much, be they an Arnie, the 100lbs weed, or the graying senior.

The best thing about TGM is that you can work out how to efficiently use what you have at your disposal how to make the most of it.

All the power accumulators come into play and knowing what they are gives the golfer plenty of scope to come up with a swing pattern that will maximize the potential you have.

Work on flexibility and core strength . The followthru is more important. Work on coming to a full finish on balance. Many seniors have a short back swing and short followthru. Those that still get distance get their right side and shoulder down and thru the shot to a full finish. Both women and seniors need active hips.

And Dave can really belt it still

Most seniors I see fail to reach both arms straight. Add that to a list of must at least get there on whatever pivot you got.
