I'd have to guess that is what he has to do given his grip now, but his right hand 'hit' impulse gives him trouble. The only time it works well is when he is slow/smooth enough to let CF take care of things.

For the reasons to change, his old pivot motion was so forceful that he had no real control for creating shots can controling trajectory. It was all out, or nothing really.

Now that his pivot is better, he can get the best of both worlds if he moved his grip back.

Interesting observations EdZ.

Hitting, Angled Hinge with an arch at impact is probably going right. Ive seen him when practicing smooth driver after driver out there and wondered why he tended to "add" when on the course? In the old days he said he tried to speed up his arms to avoid getting stuck.......trying to outrace a stuck hip. The old two wrongs thing.

Yah I see your point he is still searching, but getting closer.......................its kind of scary how his best golf could still be in front of him. Im thinking he comes back with a vengeful and redemptive attitude too.
