Tomasello's "1 to 2"
If you are familiar with Tomasello's videos, what do you call his "1 to 2" move? Is that the start-up swivel? Is there a place in the yellow book that could explain it? I just started doing this and for some reason I'm smacking the crap out of the ball now. Any info would be great.

Thanks!

Hi Curtis,

I think that Tomasello's 1 to 2 move's purpose is to assemble the power package early during startup using a full Sweep pattern (see 10-22-A).

As he demonstrates the "1 to 2" move standing inside the plane board, it corresponds to Section 4 - Start Up of the Twelve Sections described in Chapter 8. However, the swivel part is generally only used by Swingers.
