I think it's time for one of the Big 5 to win this thing again. I'm picking Tiger.

It is time for Sergio to step up. Tiger is always at the top. Another Duel, perhaps one that lasts all 4 rounds if we are lucky.

There is some serious talent out right now, especially internationally. A great time to be a golfer

I don't think it will be on of the Big 5 to win it. It will be a first time Major winner, I'd expect to it to be somebody like Garica, Scott or Harrington.

It would be cool to see Sergio win a major. He has been playing well.

My predictions are

Jack Nicklaus makes the cut....

Tiger Woods wins by 3 strokes ...

Micheal Campbell finishes 4th....

Couples makes a top ten.....

VJ - leads after first round....

----------

I probably get it all wrong now...lol

The course at St Andrew's is set up for Tiger. He has to be favourite. I expect him to win not just think he might win.

I often hear that, but what does that really mean "set up for Tiger"?

There are several others who can hit the ball as long as Tiger. Set up for long hitters/power game yes, but "for Tiger"?

The guys at the top are all long hitters.

I'd really like to see the Big Easy win. He had alot of tough finishes the past couple of years at the majors. He need a win.

How about Van de Velde or Bjorn making it right this time

I expect Tiger to go all the way.
And I'm really looking forward to see the Champ kiss the cup live this time

I have been there and you don't have to be as straight at St Andrew's as you do at some of the other Open courses. Tiger is long but not very straight with the driver. The course suits him because it wont punish him for being wayward off the tee. He has also won there before.
