Tiger?!?
I would say it probably won't be Tiger (+5 and 8 off the lead late afternoon on Thursday)...but I wouldn't count him out. His miserable round is very much like his first round at the Master's (full off bad shots and minor controversy).

What makes him such a champion is that he can do great either leading or coming from way back (seems to like and rise to a challenge). I think he be towards the top of the leaderboard by Sunday.

With that said, I would like to see the hometown favorite Freddy win or maybe even Sergio but wouldn't be suprised if it ends up being either Vijaya, Tiger, or Retief.

Phil
Phil is looking really good at -8. Tiger might miss the cut unless he goes about -3 today.

Phil gets #2
I have to say, when it came down to the wire, I was glad Phil won it. I'm starting to like him more and more as the years go by.
