Hi Im new, my name is Frank. Im a portly guy with short arms and a short backswing with an aggressive downswing. I think I am a hitter. I dont fully understand the motion. Would someone be kind enough to explain the motion in layman's terms. I am not familiar with all the terms used on this site and Im lost in reading the posts, sorry for my ignorance.
