7-13 when the shoulder moves on the same downstroke plane as the hands , it provide the greatest support and its best guidance to the stroke.
10-13-0 The flatter the shoulder, the more turn required to put the shoulder on plane ( which means more tilt?)
So which means, the shoulder should be directed to the ball at impact ? With this in mind , how do we in practice and align them with 10-6-A elbow plane (double shift )and 2-N-0 underpitch motion in the downswing? a little confusing ... Bend down more ? or tilt more?
Also another question.
What is the downswing pivot motion for this case?
Also ,, I am feeling Extremely heavy on my hands like something is locking them when i come down, is that the result of correct execution?
Thank you for your help.

it is my understanding that the right shoulder and the hands move toward the ball from the top. in homer's notes he says to take the right elbow to the ball to get the rt. shoulder on plane. how can i take all three to the ball?
