I can't remember where, but I had written down this quote from somewhere in the Forums - attributed to Homer Kelley:
"If I had the time [and knowing what I now know], I would build my swing around taking the Right Elbow into Impact."
What does this mean, to build your swing around taking the Right Elbow into Impact? This kind of jumped out at me because I am typically practicing thinking of and looking at the geometry of my entire right forearm / rfa flying wedge into impact and playing off those feels.

You are correct, woodandcoal. Without looking for the direct quote, that is what the man said.
How do I know?
I was there.
You ask, "What does it mean?"
Was he referring to...
The Lag Loading at the Start Down?
The Storage and Delivery (via the Pivot) of the Assembled and Loaded Power Package during the Downstroke?
The Triggering and Release (via Muscular Thrust or Centrifugal Force) of the Bent Right Arm, the Cocked Left Wrist and the Turned Left Hand) towards Impact and Follow-Through?
Yoda thanks a million for your reply!
this is very exciting stuff for me
I think this guy Homer knew what he was talking about and I'm glad you met him. TGM has unlocked my Right side / Right elbow / Right brain.
back to the dirt
Woody
p.s. I would salute you with my right elbow but not sure if that's a smiley option yet. Cheers!
