LynnBlakeGolf: Dustin Johnson is 6' 4" and 34" waist. I'm 6' 1" and now wearin' the same belt size. Why didn't I do this 20 yrs ago? Didn't know how. ?

lynn youve lost alot of weight and very well done. the leaner you get the faster your matabolism gets but in order to lose weight you got to burn more cals than what you eat. it always has to be a deficit!

(Scanning is a bit of time consumer but a smart phone photo of a photo isn't too bad quality wise... hint , hint).
