Bunker Shot Double Wristcock

Tom Tomesallo has a 1989 video (I believe taken in Australia) that shows him describing & executing the use of Double Wristcock application for his Greenside Bunker Shots. Has anybody seen the video and does anybody employ the DWC sandshots? Through Impact, would a Flat Left Wrist condition exist?
