The Peter Croker Hit... uses a hand throw. As I recall, he has several drills, and feels to help get the idea. From the Top... feel as if you Push the clubhead(with both hands) past your hands at impact, with what he calls a delayed pivot. The momentum of the Push, pulls you around to the finish.
I went through about a three day training session with him (with several other teachers) about 10 years ago. I could HIT it very well for a while after, until I overanalyzed it.
Croker's Hit Basics video I feel is a good example. The hands are active from the top and the pivot is delayed. He wants the body back and up against a "stable base" which he demos with the sledgehammer drill. BTW, I don't see this in the photo included with this topic.
