I understand extensor action going back, a continual effort to try and straighten the right arm, but not sure about the downswing procedure. Is it the same right arm straightening procedure? That feels like you would be casting the club.
Also, I am trying to get rid of a lot of unneeded body movement. I would like to just stand there and bring it back and down. WOuld proper extensor action allow me to do this?
