I've got so many thoughts running thru my head after just 1 thread. Please clear the fog a little. I've seen where some say the backswing is a result of the right elbow bending. Is this true for all swing types? (swingers/hitters). Currently my backswing is a bit of a heave over the right shoulder. This causes the right elbow to bend beyond the common benchmark of 90*. My backswing seems to stop once my arms have run out of room to go back.
