You need a camera to actually see if you are CASTING... Full Sweep, with the left wrist angle (#2 Accumulator) being lost very early.
I had good results with several people having them practice with a TOY SWORD... that shoots out like a telescope. Swing it, and shoot the sword out at Both Arms Straight(9-3-11), using PIVOT THRUST.

Try using a lagging clubhead takeaway with some float loading.

Stop trying to hit it far and straight.

YOU load and sustain the "LAG", during which the " LAW" releases it, ideally beyond impact.
"Sustain ( Yang/陽) the lag ( Yin/陰)" is "the unification of Ying and Yang" ( 陰陽合一).
The " LAW" creates the " effect", which is the "motion" or "feel", with the " cause", which is the "intent" or "command".
" Lag" is the secret of golf, passion is the secret of life.
Think as a golfer, execute like a robot.
Rotate, twist, spin, turn.
Bend the shaft.

Dedicate your range time to doing start down waggles. Make sure you know what alignments you are looking for when you do this.
Their knuckle dragging cousin is "the pump" drill.

An excellent way to train - one of Martin Hall's gadgets from the TGC show he did a while back, and the same concept as the 'power release' by Rover golf, and Doyle's sand/bottle.
An oven mitt 'shooting off' your hands can be a good proxy, expecially when aimed at the base of a wall at about a 45 degree angle.
