Swinging eller hitting

Hej!

Jag är ganska ny inom TGM och har tyvärr ej läst hela boken ännu men jag har sett alla instruktionsfilmer som finns på detta forum och tycker de är mycket bra. Men vad som slog mig är vilka av dem som tillämpar swinging och vilka som tillämpar hitting. Exempelvis instruktionen med Collin Neeman, är det swinging eller hitting?
