Guys, if the upper and lower are geared like that .........could a Shoulder Throw turn the Hips? Thats what my swing feels like.


When ever I start trying to fire the Hips to pull the shoulders or whatever all hell breaks loose.

This could be due to lumbar problems or Lard Assis, not sure which.

I think you will get a hip turn when you do a Shooulder Turn Throw. Don't know whether it's a cause and effect thing though. Could also be partly common causes from the feet.

I never try to fire the Hips to turn the shoulders. I fire the right hip and try to hold the shoulders back. Quite similar to shoulder throw, although I rarely use the sharp initial acceleration. Then I fire the left hip I pull the shoulder and the arm and the club. While I turn the shoulders.
