I was lucky enough to receive one of the MMOC cd's and it is refreshing to know that Lynn has not changed his TGM approach to teaching the golf swing.
VJ demonstates the basic motion but only with a push hitting action - Can basic motion be done as both a hit and a swing? The motion is so short I am not sure if it comes into play.

1st time watching DVD went out posted "81"

Thanks for the video, Yoda. I watched it one time, and I pulled in a 81 at my golf course. This is my best yet! I know I can go lower.

The things I pulled off your Video was to practice the tripod drill and frozen right wrist. And with my right elbow into the picture.

:golf:

Thanks for the wonderful DVD!

Looking forward to seeing more and shooting lower.

Thanks for your comments, mb. As always, I appreciate them!

That said, I disagree that V.J.'s Basic Motion action is a Push Basic Stroke. Personally, I think he demonstrates both the Hitting and Swinging strokes with a Fanning Right Elbow -- which suggests, at a minimum, a Punch Basic Stroke -- and this negates the Push Basic Stroke. It cannot be both.

I think that if you saw a Stroke with the Right Elbow kept 'up and out' -- versus 'at the side' or 'down in front' -- and with the Hands kept between the Elbow and the Ball, you would see a tremendous difference.

For anyone still considering this DVD package I cannot recommend it enough.

I have now decided the optimal way of viewing as well.

Step 1.

Watch all 3 DVDs

Step 2.

From what you have seen you should have a good idea where you have been going wrong, identify the areas most in need of improvement.

Step 3.

Revisit DVD 2 and make detailed notes on the drills you most want to work on.

Step 4.

Go to work!

oh yeah, and keep a log!

Agreed with this one. I think I have watched all the way through about twice and keep on revisiting Disc 2 for the drills.
Maybe a visit to B&Q (DIY) store should be on your list as well for dowels, reflector poles, string and PVC tubing :D

The guru could tell you that I have more than enough dowels!

About how long should the DVD's take to arrive here in Australia from initial order date (looking forward to viewing these so much!)?

Received the dvd's a few days ago. I have not had time to watch all of them yet, but what I have seen is very well done. I appreciate your effort and accomplishment.

Thanks
