Weak single action grip, open-open setup, ball positioned at low point? |
Sounds Good

Your new plane line is parallel to your stance line. Open your clubface to the target line, take your grip and feel like the #3 pressure point is slightly above the back of the shaft. You are rotating both the left and right hand slightly counterclockwise (looking down) as John shows on the video. It sometimes feels like your #3 PP is right on top of the shaft, but it's not. Carry more weight on the target side, right forearm pickup and splash the ball out. Try all of the hinge actions and let us know what you think. Bagger |
very good explanation bagger, but remember that this is a specialty shot from the bunker.

I didn't get that from the vid. Felt different all right, but results were automatic as previously mentioned. Felt wierd though, kinda like wrist only start-up but through the ball/sand was great. CW |
well you could not use it from deep bunkers.it is good for 20-30 ft shots.plenty off green to work with, for me it comes out soft and starts to roll like a putt.although i probably play harder and faster greens.on soft slow greens you can use it almost all the time.remember to use horizontal hinge action only.
