Thin Hits
When hitting a get a great sense of lag and down and through the ball (compression). When swinging centrifugal force takes over and I feel the clubhead running away from me (throwaway). What should I work on to develop more compression when swinging??

Also... sense "the pull of Centrifugal Force and the Drag of the Lagging Clubhead,"(10-19-C)... usually through the #3 Pressure Point. It also would be good to look at 6-H-O. Hope this helps! |

When swinging, ANY use of Accumulator #1 is detrimental. It could be that you have some Hitter's "residue" that needs to be eliminated. When swinging, pivot lag is essential to maintain the bent right wrist. If your pivot stalls during the downswing, especially the right shoulder, you will experience throwaway because the clubhead will overtake the hands too early. |
