Can a swinger feel tracing the plane line with the right forearm??

Question pretty much says it all. I am a swinger and have had been really putting most of my focus on my left arm pulling, but today I was in the shop and I took a dowel and placed it in my right hand and did some tracing.

Later I went out and hit some balls, and as you might know I hit some pulls and some pull draws, but my divots are straight. I was still focused on my left hand and arm.

Then for whatever reason I just decided to try and feel that I was tracing the base line with my right forearm, and no more pulls or pull draws.

Any idea to why this might be? Is it ok for a swinger feel this?

Of Course ! Swing your Flying Wedges. Let each side do its job.

The right forearm is the same in all strokes. That is the right FOREARM Flying Wedge.

Acc#2 and Acc#3 - uncock and roll is part of the Left Arm Flying Wedge in the Plane of the left wrist cock.

The right forearm tracing is an Imperative

Yes, the feel is very much like bowling a ball down the plane line or throwing an underhand pitch where you could "almost reach out and retrive the flying ball with my right hand" - Jack Nicklaus quote.

I'd also recommend watching Sam's Right Forearm Tracing in action. Go to http://www.lynnblakegolf.com/gallery...ry.php?cat=516 and click on the Snead/Todski video. Pay attention, and you'll see it happen thirteen times in the first 60 seconds of the video.

Well that makes me feel better.

I am glad that I can use that as my thought. It seems to let me hit my best shots at the moment. Thanks for leading me in the correct direction.
