Any flask recommendations? Maybe Bushnell should sell a flask/rangefinder combo.

Wool is good. And something that holds the wind out. Keep the hands, feet and head (+ears) warm and you should be ok.

also here in ireland and especially on my links curse it can get freezing but number 1 is a good thermal hat due to the fact that so much heat escapes through the head. after that i foind the winter under armour vests are great.......personally i wouldnt rec "long johns" as they are a bitch to leave off in spring!

1-thermal hat

Do you have any brand recommendations for the thermal hat?

I have never wore earmuffs in my life. Just have a cap big enough to pull over the ears.
