When
Homer Kelley left Seattle for Macon, Georgia, to speak to the Georgia Section of the PGA some 23 years ago, the revisions for the 7th edition were on his desk. Some of the more important additions were incomplete, mere placeholders for what he planned on later adding. He expected, I am sure, to write that text and to clean up around certain other revisions when he returned.
But he did not return.
And that places a heavy burden on those who would publish the final edition of his work.
