New Yoda Video -- Delivery Path And Flying Wedges
Courtesy of my California student, Doug, here's a four-minute clip from our all day-session last winter. The focus is on the Delivery Path of the Hands and precisely how the Straight Line Path can be determined. Along the way I touch on Plane Line Tracing and the Flying Wedges.
Note: When I discuss the 'Golf Machine Stroke' I mention beginning 'with the Left Wrist Flat, Level and Vertical. I am not suggesting this is the preferred Address Position. Instead, I am referencing its Impact Fix alignment and establishing the Plane of the Right Forearm to direct the Hands on the Backstroke's Right Forearm Takeaway.
Also, when discussing the Right Forearm Flying Wedge, I concentrate on the Cocking (Vertical Motion) of the Right Wrist as the #1 'bad guy' because Doug's Overswing was causing some problems there. However, once the Impact Fix degree of Bend has been achieved (usually at the Top), then there must be no additional Bending or Flattening (Horizontal Motion) of that alignment until the end of the Follow-Through.
Enjoy!

Good stuff Yoda.
Love it.
It shows the kind of instruction that can be given.......and what one may be missing out on.....I've gotta come see one of you guys work your magic....
I just can't imagine that you can get this kind of learning experience from anywhere outside the "TGM world."
I find it amazing that we get a sneak peak at the best instructor(s) in the world that no one knows about- yet.

Birdie,
I am pleased to announce that our own Henning Lundstrom, 2004 PGA Teacher of the Year for the largest of five sections in Sweden, and I will be presenting before more than 600 Golf Professionals at the PGA of Sweden Teaching Summit just outside Copenhagen on March 11, 2006.
In the past six months, I have twice presented before groups of United States PGA Professionals and on both occasions have sensed their collective, progressive spirit and the bar that has been raised. Now, off the building blocks of my wonderful August experience in Germany, this is the next link in our international chain of destiny. The world is learning that a fertile field lays waiting just beyond the bounds of conventional golf instruction. And there is no doubt in my mind that it will embrace it.
Thank you for being there every day supporting our efforts. I appreciate it.

It's ALIVE!!!!!!!!!!!
And the crowd goes WILD!!!!!
O.K. That has to be the BEST DAMN 3 minutes and 50 seconds of golf video instruction ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You can read the book and read the book and read the book and read the book.
But you can't get that from the book!!!!!!
In less than 4 minutes you have crystalized the most fundamental Alignments in The Golfing Machine. Fantastic!!!!
You need a crawl thing on the bottom like on CNN with "Here comes 7-3 Magic of the Right Forearm." "Freeze it here comes 2-J-3." "And now for 2-P The Wristcock." "Pow! 6-B-3-D"
What was particularly engaging was the visual of the VERTICAL PLANE OF MOTION of the Left Wrist Cock.
I love The Golfing Machine. Please daddy give us another fix.
You truly have a gift.

Thanks, Colonel. Next week, when we're back on line with our new and exciting site, we'll put up a longer clip of a Short Game practice session. Nothing earthshaking, I'll just be draggin' my wet mop...
Over and over again.
With a few Cut and Lob Shot Variations, of course!

No, you should be able to view it. This particular video is housed on another website and we are linking to it (as such it takes a few minutes to load). The server could be busy. We are going to try to get this one on our own server soon.

Thanks Trig. I tried again several hours later and still got no response. Can you please let us know when the video is available on the LBG server?
