Nice explanation bucket...I was expecting to see girls in Hula dresses though...

Would you say this procedure is "lower back friendly" or is there something else done incorrectly that would put unneeded stress on the lower back.

I guess this is very different than Percy Boomer's turning in a bucket pivot..or was that a barrel?

Naw . . . You have to BUST the barrel with your ass. Having a stress free painless lower back is overrated. You gotta play hurt.
