The startUP swivel allows you to take the hands directly up plane, turn of the hand to plane, and the downswing is the opposite, roll of the hand to impact. Keep in mind two important concepts however, first that the right wrist does not cock, and second that it is the pivot and its throw out motion that causes the squaring of the clubface.
