It is possible that you have too much axis tilt at impact and a flat left wrist. It is possible that you have just a touch of flip near impact and the correct amount of axis tilt. It is possible that everything looks great and you need different shafts. The reason you can't sustain the lag is because you are so eager to make the club move fast (a reaction to the intent of "hitting it far").
