1)The Hands, therefore the left forearm, does move with the Swinger's Standard Left Wrist Action. It moves independently of the body rotation. It may turn and cock early, mid or late in the Take-Away.


2)The Hand does not turn itself but will turn as the body rotates. And because the Hand has NO MOTION, Impact Alignments remain intact. The Left wrist does cock because of the folding right arm as the stroke comes to the Top (shoulder level). For a Hitter, this is a match made in heaven.

Is the number (1) statemate for a swinger and the number (2) statement for a hitter?
