He avoids round-housing by placing the right foot behind him. Hogan achieved the same by moving his hips towards target before he pulled the right elbow down...avoiding collision. Easier to collide right elbow and right hip if you try and slide and pull down at the same time...maybe... I agree with his point about centred radius.
