Not a good long term swing thought, but while you are learning to pay attention to the knees it should do the trick. You can still shift your weight to your right heel while doing this, which brings me to the second swing thought - sit down on your right heel. Prepare for a tight backstroke because you won't be over-turning. __________________ Bagger 1-H "Because of questions of all kinds, reams of additional detail must be made available - but separately, and probably endlessly."
