I will check 2-J-3...AGAIN! I was posing tthe straightening right arm as the outside force in my obviously flawed scenario. My understanding is that in a hitting procedure the left wrist is rolled in a gradual manner from top. So what I was trying to figure out was if the linear motion of the right arm prevents or at least restrains the roll, thus producing angled hinging and if nothing else preventing impressive hooks! I was barking up the wrong tree it seems!
